The natural sweetness of the malt dominates this smooth ale, making it - waht we alternately call the "Ultimate Hockey Beer" or the "Ulimate Cottage Beer" (depending on the season!).

Tasting Notes: Light dusting of hops in the nose, light malt flavour in perfect balance with hop bitterness.
