Vineyard Management: Mechanized vineyard management, only sulphur powder and copper sulphate are used against cryptogamic diseases. Organic Farming – EC Controlo System Sativa PT/AB03
Climate and Soil: Hot and dry, schistous argilous
Harvest Period: From the 2nd week of September until 2nd week of October
Type of Harvest: 100% by hand to 250 Kg cases
Vinification: The grapes are crushed and destemmed; the juice is not cleaned and ferments for about 45 days
